(1) How does your law firm conduct free consultations?
We handle our free consultations in several ways. First, we usually recommend meeting face-to-face, either at one of our office locations Fraser (our new office location) or Gaylord or at a location that is convenient for you. If you prefer to meet inside the local library or at Meijer's, that's perfectly fine by us. If you are unable to meet us in person, we can usually conduct the interview over the phone or internet. After all your information is gathered, we will review it to see if we can help. If yes, then great. If not, then we can possibly refer you to another attorney or law firm.
Free consultations can be made by either calling us directly at (855) 650-2529 or by making an appointment online via our website.
(2) How much time does your law firm allow for a free consultation?
The simple answer is however much time it takes to fully understand your legal needs. Most consultations usually range anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes to complete, but we don't set time limits as each case is unique in its own way.
(3) What areas of law does Bernadich Law specialize in?
Bernadich Law specializes in several areas of law, including Bankruptcy, Debtor Rights, Debt Collection Defense, FDCPA Compliance, and Alcohol-Related Offenses. Even if your situation falls outside the scope of our areas of expertise, we still may be able to help you. Please contact us to discuss whatever legal problems burden you.
(4) How do I obtain a free credit report?
The only way to obtain a free credit report is by logging on to www.annualcreditreport.com and completing the required information. This website allows you to request a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. Please note that only a credit report will be provided, not a credit score.
